A sharper AI Assistant, smarter logging, and flexible programs
A more capable in-app Assistant, faster and more accurate in-workout logging, multiple programs per client, and a stack of practical upgrades.
The AI Assistant now shows its work
When the in-app Assistant proposes a change — like a new workout template — coaches get a clear card to approve or reject before anything happens.
- Approve or reject AI-proposed actions right inside the chat
- Expand a resolved proposal to see exactly what was created
- Smoother chat — retry, reload earlier history, and steadier scrolling
Smarter in-workout logging
Logging a set is faster and more accurate — and a finished session can now be corrected after the fact.

- The Previous Session's numbers now appear right where a set is logged
- Prescribed-set rules stop weights carrying into uncompleted sets, protecting templates
- Unit-aware weight entry — whole pounds, one-decimal kilos
- Edit a completed workout session — a coach's or a client's — when something needs correcting
- A steadier rest timer between exercises
More flexible programs
Clients can follow more than one program at a time, each with its own weekly overview — and the Programs view is roomier and easier to scan.

- Assign multiple concurrent programs per client
- Aggregated weekly overviews across all of a client's programs
- Weeks now start on Monday for clearer planning
- Sort programs and workouts by who created them
- Larger, more comfortable Programs sheets
Also new
- Water tracking — log daily water toward a goal, with quick-add and custom goals
- Team access levels — owners control what each team member can do
- Filter the client list by coach
- Create, delete, and validate intake forms
- Tighter health-data privacy — explicit client consent and Apple Health sharing controls
